Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

In this video we share our recipe for our 2 ingredient pizza dough! Including our tricks for stuffing the crust with cheese!

Makes 2 Personal Size Pizzas

Dough (18 Points + 2 Optional):

  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt [πŸ’š4 πŸ’™πŸ’œ 0]

  • 1 1/2 Cup of Self Raising Flour [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 18]

  • Water (To Aid In Mixing)

  • Olive Oil Spray (Optional)

  • Clubhouse Garlic & Parmesan (Optional)

  • Clubhouse Italiano (Optional)

  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (Optional)

Optional: 1 Black Diamond Mozzarella Cheestring per pizza [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 2 per pizza]

Pizza Toppings (per pizza):

  • 10 Butterball Turkey Pepperoni [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 1]

  • Tomato Sauce [Recipe:] [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 0]

  • 30g or 1/4 Cup Pizza Mozzarella [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 2] [We use Galbani Light Pizza Mozzarella for 2 Points]


  1. Mix yogurt and self rising flour together. Mixture will be a little sticky.

  2. Put on floury surface and divide ball into 2.

  3. Roll out each ball until it is a little larger than the pizza pans.

  4. Place in pizza pans (with dough hanging over the edge of the pan).

  5. Take a cheese string and divide it up until you have enough strings to place around the pan.

  6. Fold the dough over to the cheese.

  7. Use 0 point marinara sauce (see recipe), then use whichever toppings you would like. (Add points)

  8. Cook in oven for 20 minutes at 400F.
