Butternut Squash:

  1. Peel and dice butternut squash into cubes and put into a bowl.

  2. Spray squash with olive oil spray.

  3. Add spices to your preferred taste. We provided a few spices we used in the ingredients list.

  4. Place mixture onto cookie sheet (either stone cookie sheet, or regular cookie sheet with parchment paper).

  5. Bake in oven at 400F for 60 minutes.

Spring Roll Filling:

  1. Add ground turkey to frying pan on medium heat.

  2. Add the condensed beef broth and spices to taste.

  3. Add squeeze of basil puree and 1 tbsp of minced onions.

  4. [Optional] Add chili flakes to taste.

  5. Incorporate the squash into the frying pan.

  6. Cook until the turkey is completely cooked through.

  7. Set aside to cool and sprinkle Clubhouse Everything Bagel Seasoning into mixture.

  1. On a flat surface, lay out all 18 wonton wrappers in a diamond pattern and fill a small bowl with water.

  2. Taking about 1 tablespoon of the filling, put it in the middle of a wonton wrapper and fold up the bottom, then the sides.

  3. Dab water on the edge of the remaining corner of the wrapper and finish rolling into the spring roll shape.

  1. Take your spring rolls and add them to your air fryer basket. [Oven can work too, but you will need to keep an eye on them to figure out the cooking time]

  2. Spray with olive oil spray and bake at 200 degrees in the air fryer for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
