Spring Rolls

In this video we show you how we make our low point spring rolls! You get two for 1 point! Very easy and quick to make and so versatile because you can change the ingredients to fit any occasion.

Points: 1 Point Per 2 Spring Rolls


  • Spring Rolls Wrappers

  • Beet Slaw Mix (PC Brand or Others)

  • Chicken (Optional)

  • 2 Tbsp of Soya Sauce

  • 1/2 Tbsp of Splenda Brown Sugar

  • Minced Garlic

  • Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Trader Joe's 21 Seasonings


  1. In a frying pan, saute the slaw, paste, spices, chicken, soy sauce and brown sugar until it is cooked down. 

  2. Take a wonton wrapper and fill with slaw mixture.

  3. Brush edges of wonton wrapper with water.

  4. Fold over two opposite corners and then roll up the other corner to form a roll. 

  5. Put in air fryer.

  6. Cook for about 5 min
