Shepherds Pie

In this video we show you how we make our shepherds pie! A very easy and versatile recipe that is low in points but high in satisfaction.

Points: 1 Point Per Serving (Recipe Serves 2)


  • Extra Lean Ground Turkey

  • Mashed Cauliflower [recipe:, we swapped the cream cheese with Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese]

  • 2 Corn On The Cob or 1 Can

  • 4 Tsps Beef Bovril

  • Clubhouse Maple Bacon

  • Clubhouse Garlic Plus

  • Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper Garlic

  • Herbe de Provence (optional)

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp Kernels White Cheddar Seasoning (optional)

  • Epicure 3 Onion Spice (optional)

  • Avocado Spay

  • 1/4 Tsp Sriracha


  1. Prepare mashed cauliflower using given recipe.

  2. In a frying pan, sear the ground turkey until browned.

  3. Add Bovril, spices and corn.

  4. Fry until cooked through.

  5. Divide the turkey mixture and put in the bottom of cast iron skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. Add the mashed cauliflower and spread it over the meat mixture. 

  7. Top with maple bacon spice.

  8. Sprinkle with some cheddar popcorn spread or low point cheddar.

  9. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
