Salted Caramel Frappuccino

Rummaging through my phone we found a video we filmed this past summer. We recorded our recipe for our Salted Caramel "Frappuccino" and never shared it, until now! As you know, we have an obsession with the Starbucks Vanilla Bean Frappuccino and we have a substitute for those days where the cravings are strong, but the points are few and far between.

[Makes 2]


  • 1 Salted Caramel PC Yogurt Bar [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 4]

  • 1-1/4 Cup of Cashew Milk [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 1]

  • 1/4 Cup of Ice Chips (or amount to make the thickness you wish)

  • 2 Tbsp of Sugar Free Caramel Syrup

  • 1/2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar Splenda

  • 1 Serving of Light Whipped Cream (Optional) [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 1]


  1. In blender, add salted caramel PC yogurt bar, cashew milk, ice.

  2. Add 1 tbsp of sugar free caramel syrup

  3. Mix in blender until well blended

  4. In small bowl, mix brown sugar Splenda with 1 tbsp of sugar free caramel syrup

  5. In a tall glass, drizzle portion of caramel syrup created in previous step

  6. Fill glass with mixture from blender

  7. Top with a small squirt of whipped cream (optional)

  8. Top with remaining caramel syrup made in step 4.
