Quinoa Bowl

In this video we show you one of our favourite dinners: Quinoa Bowl. This meal is so versatile and so healthy and delicious. We have it usually once or twice a week! We also are joined by a new special guest: Andrea! One of our dearest friends!

Ingredients:


This video contains most of the ingredients as this recipe is very versatile.

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, take any cold vegetable that you enjoy including: corn, edamame, mushroom, zucchini, onions, spinach, kale, broccoli, beet, carrot to name a few.

  2. Add 1 cup of cold cooked quinoa.

  3. Add dressing of choice (you can also create your own homemade dressing using 0 point ingredients like soya sauce, sriracha, vinegars)
