Pita Chips

In this video, we share our recipe for Pita Chips! Very easy to make and a great snack to replace regular potato chips!

Points: 4 Points (or the points per pita you buy)


  • Pita Bread

  • Olive Oil Spray

  • Spices (Of Your Choosing)


  1. Take 1 pita bread cut into 8 pieces using scissors.

  2. Split pita breads apart.

  3. Lay parchment paper on baking sheet followed by the pita pieces.

  4. Lightly spray with olive oil spray

  5. Sprinkle with any spice you like. 

  6. Bake at 375F for 5 minutes or until crispy and brown (Keep an eye the first time you bake it to make sure the time works for your own oven)

For a dessert chip, sprinkle with Splenda brown sugar and cinnamon.

For some seasonings (Kernel's Seasonings), apply the olive oil spray and seasonings after baked.
