Pasta Carbonara

In this video, we show you how we make our own version of Pasta Carbonara! This meal is very easy to make and feels so decadent but is low on points and high in taste.

  • 2 Slices of Turkey Bacon [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 2]

  • 1 Cup of Quinoa Penne Pasta [πŸ’šπŸ’™ 10πŸ’œ 0]

  • 1 Cup of Edamame [πŸ’š 6πŸ’™πŸ’œ 0]

  • 1 Small Container of Spinach

  • 1 Cup of Broccoli Florets

  • 1 Diced Cooked Chicken Breast [πŸ’š 4πŸ’™πŸ’œ 0]

  • ΒΎ Cup Greek Yogurt [πŸ’š 2πŸ’™πŸ’œ 0]

  • 2 Wedges of Light Laughing Cow Cheese [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 2]

  • Clubhouse Maple Bacon Spice

  • Clubhouse Garlic plus

  • Chili Flakes (Optional)

  • Epicure Mac and Cheese Powder [πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ 8]

  • Clubhouse Parmesan & Herbs


  1. Take bacon and cut into small pieces.

  2. Bring water to a boil in a cooking pot.

  3. Add quinoa pasta to boiling water (use directions for cooking)

  4. When pasta is almost done, add the broccoli. Β 

  5. Cook until the pasta is done and the broccoli is bright green.Β 

  6. Drain.

  7. Set Aside.

  8. In a large frying pan, add bacon.

  9. Cook the bacon until desired crispiness.

  10. Add the edamame.

  11. Add all spices except Parmesan & Herb.

  12. Once the bacon is crispy add spinach and chicken and cook until the spinach is wilted.

  13. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the meat mixture.Β 

  14. Stir then add the yogurt, Laughing Cow cheese and the Epicure powder.Β 

  15. Stir until combined and the cheese has melted.Β 

  16. Top with the Parmesan & Herb spice and serve immediately.
