In this recipe, we show you how we use our 2-ingredient dough recipe to create Panzerottis! The dough itself has most of the points (6) and depending on the ingredients you use, you can make this a low-point dinner for you and your family!

Points: 6 Points+ (Depends on Ingredients you use)


Optional Toppings:

  • Vegetables of choice (onions, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, etc)

  • Meat (Turkey Pepperoni, Chicken etc)

  • Cheese (Galbani Light Mozarella for 2 points)

  • Tofu

  • ClubHouse Parmesan and Herb


  1. Prepare 2-ingredient dough and marinara sauce using the recipes linked above.

  2. Split dough into equal portions. [In 2, 3 or 4]

  3. Roll out panzerotti dough.

  4. Fill half the panzerotti with your toppings and then fold it over.

  5. Pinch edges of the dough to seal the contents.

  6. Put them on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.  

  7. Lightly spray the top of the panzerotti with olive oil.

  8. Sprinkle with ClubHouse parmesan spice.

  9. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.

  10. Serve topped with the marinara sauce.
