In this recipe we show you how we make our quinoa. Most people have told us they cook theirs on the stove or in the microwave but we bake ours in the oven and it comes out fluffy like rice! If you didn't like quinoa, give this method a try. You won't regret it!
Points: 6 Points Per Cup (Cooked)
4 Cups of Broth (Chicken, Vegetable or Beef)
2 Cups of Dry Quinoa
Clubhouse Sriracha & Lime
Clubhouse Garlic Plus
Clubhouse Garlic & Roasted Red Pepper
Mix quinoa, water, vegetable Bovril (or you can use any broth) until well mixed.
Add spices and stir again.
Add sriracha and stir well. (add sparingly).
Put in oven-safe casserole bowl with lid.
Bake in oven at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Take out of oven and stir, then put back in oven for another 30 minutes.
