Onion Rings

In this video, we share our recipe for onion rings! These baked onion rings have no oil and taste nice and crunchy! All for 3 Points for an entire onion!

Points: 3 Points


  • 1 Onion (Sliced)

  • 2 Tbsp of Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 Cup of Panko

  • Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper Garlic

  • Clubhouse Garlic Plus

  • Clubhouse Herb and Parmesan Cheese


  1. Slice onion into rings.

  2. In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the spices.

  3. In a separate bowl, add yogurt

  4. Dip onion ring in the yogurt. 

  5. Dip onion ring in the spice mixture until well coated. 

  6. Place on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it.

  7. Bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
