Mini Breakfast Quiche

In this video we show you how we make our 0 point Mini Breakfast Quiche. We usually make a batch on the weekends and have 2 or 3 for breakfast every morning. It is a very versatile recipe and a good way to start your day!

  • 8 Eggs

  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

  • Spinach

  • Broccoli

  • Clubhouse Garlic Plus

  • Clubhouse Vegetable

  • Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic

  • Garlic Powder


  1. In a bowl, mix 8 eggs, hot sauce to taste, spices and salt. Set aside.

  2. Spray frying pan with cooking spray.

  3. Add spinach and wilt.

  4. Add broccoli and seasoning. 

  5. Line your muffin tin with silicone mold.

  6. Spoon the spinach and broccoli mixture into mini muffin tin so each portion has some in it.

  7. Pour in the egg mixture into each cup to fill them up. 

  8. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes until firm and golden.
