In this video we show you all how we make 0 point meatballs! Using turkey and chicken and 0 point ingredients! Even the sauce we make is 0 points!

Please note, we use extra lean ground chicken and turkey and count it as 0 points and have both been successful on the program. If you cannot find the 98% lean ground meats, add points if you would like.

  • 454g of Lean Ground Turkey

  • 454g of Lean Ground Chicken

  • 1 Egg

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • Clubhouse Chicken Spice

  • Black Ground Pepper

  • Clubhouse Garlic Plus

  • Clubhouse Roasted Peppers & Garlic

  • Parsley

  • 2 Tsp of Chicken Bovril

Sweet & Sour Sauce:


  1. In a mixing bowl, add all meatball ingredients.

  2. Mix well until all combined. 

  3. Roll into balls and put on a baking sheet.  

  4. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.

  5. In a separate bowl, add 2 cups of marinara sauce, soya sauce and spices.

  6. Take pineapple and use food processor to puree.

  7. Add pineapple to marinara mixture.

  8. Mix well.

  9. Once meatballs are cooked, pull them out and transfer to oven-safe casserole dish.

  10. Pour sauce over the partially cooked meatballs

  11. Cover the dish and cook at 400F for 20 minutes until bubbly.

  12. Let cool and then serve.
