Lemon Meringue Tart

In this video we show you how we make our 1 point Key Lime Tarts. This dessert is so delicious that it shouldn’t be just 1 point!

Points: 1 Point Per Tart


  • Phillo Dough

  • Lemon Sugar Free Jello

  • Knox Gelatin (28gm)


Tart Shell:

  1. Take 1 sheet of phillo dough. 

  2. Fold the dough into 4 and cut into 4 pieces. 

  3. Line a muffin tin and then bake at 375F for 10 minutes until golden. 

  4. Let cool.


  1. In 1 cup of water, add one package of sugar free jello and 1 package of gelatin.

  2. Fill the tarts with the lemon mixture and put it the fridge until set (a couple hours).


  1. In a bowl add 1 egg yolk and 25ml of vanilla sugar free syrup.

  2. Beat with beater until stiff peaks.

  3. Top tart with the meringue once the filling has set. (optional: you can use a torch to brown the tops).
