Cinnamon Twists

In this video we show you how we make our 1 point cinnamon twists. These are so delicious and feel like you’re having something that’s too decadent to be a single point.


Points: 1 Point Per Twist


Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare two-ingredient dough using above recipe.

  2. Mix the syrup and yogurt until well combined. 

  3. Roll out the dough brush with yogurt and syrup mixture. 

  4. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of Splenda brown sugar and cinnamon. 

  5. Roll up the dough then twist. 

  6. Bake at 400F for 20 min.

  7. Optional: In separate bowl, use 1 tbsp caramel syrup and 1/4 cup of yogurt and mix well to prepare as a dip.
