Chili Lime Encrusted Chicken Roulade

In this video we show you how we make our Chili Encrusted Chicken Roullade using WW Chili Lime Chips! This recipe was an experiment that ended up being so delicious!

Points: 3 Points Per Serving


  • Chicken Breast

  • Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic

  • Garlic Powder

  • Clubhouse Garlic and Herb

  • Asparagus OR Green Beans

  • Trader Joe's 21 Spices

  • 1/4 Cup Nordica Smooth Cottage Cheese (1 Point)

  • Spinach

  • WW Chili Lime Strips (2 Points)

  • Greek Yogurt


  1. Take chicken and flatten out as thinly as possible.

  2. Spread spices over chicken breasts.

  3. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and spinach together. 

  4. Spread mixture over spiced chicken.

  5. Add asparagus or green beans on top of the chicken.

  6. Roll the chicken up and fasten together with tooth picks. 

  7. Put in pan sprayed with cooking spray. 

  8. Brush the chicken with a good spoonful of the yogurt.

  9. Take WW Chili Lime chips and crush them.

  10. Sprinkle the chicken with the chips. 

  11. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
