In this video we make our second of two “Chinese Food” dishes: Chicken Balls! We finally found a way to have this favourite of ours and make it healthier!
For those wondering, we preferred the Acti-Fry cooked ones over the oven cooked chicken balls :)
Points: 1 Point Per Ball
Cooked Chicken Breast (Cubed)
Two Ingredient Dough [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/home/two-ingredient-pizza-dough]
Divide dough in half. Using the half, cut into 10 equal pieces.
Roll dough till large enough to cover a cube of chicken.
Spray each chicken ball with avocado oil.
Can cook in the oven at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes or in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
