Carrot Poutine

In this video, we share our recipe for Nick's absolute favourite food, Poutine! The twist? We use carrots instead of potatoes!

  • Approx 5 Carrots (OR More)

  • 1/2 Cup of St-Hubert Poutine Gravy (2 Points)

  • 30g St. Albert Cheese Curds (3 Points)

  • Spices (Cajun or others... be creative!)


  1. Take St-Hubert poutine gravy and warm up in a sauce pan.

  2. Peel carrots and cut into fry size bites.

  3. Spray with olive oil spray.

  4. Cook for about 1/2 hour in an air fryer (or oven for 45 minutes).

  5. Dole out a good size portion of fries into a bowl once cooked.

  6. Pour 1/2 of the gravy over the carrots.

  7. Add the cheese curds and then the second 1/4” cup of gravy to melt.
