In this video we show you how we make our low point butter chicken for 2 points per serving! We usually serve it with 6 points (1 cup) worth of quinoa and green beans for an amazing meal!
Points: 2 Points Per Serving
Cooked Chicken Breast
1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
1 Cup of Unsweetened Cashew Milk (Or Almond) [1 Point]
6 Tbsp of Shan Butter Chicken Seasoning Mix [3 Points]
Clubhouse Roasted Garlic
Cook spinach in skillet sprayed with olive oil.
Cook until spinach is wilted.
Add yogurt, milk, and spices.
Bring to a boil, turn down heat and add chicken.
Usually serve it with 6 points (1 cup) worth of quinoa.
