Bean Salad

In this video we show you how we make an easy bean salad for 0 points. This recipe is very versatile and you can add or remove ingredients based on your own taste, just swap in other 0 point ingredients! How do you make your bean salad?

  • Can of Red Kidney Beans

  • Can of White Kidney Beans

  • Can of Chick Peas

  • Can of Black Beans

  • Minced Garlice

  • Diced Onion

  • Fresh Basil

  • Clubhouse Garlic Plus

  • Clubhouse Lemon and Herbs

  • Epicure Garlic and Onion

  • Epicure 3 Onion

  • 1 Tbsp of Splenda

  • White Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Take all the beans and rinse them thoroughly with water.

  2. In a bowl, add all ingredients.

  3. Mix being careful not to mash the beans.  

  4. Let sit in the fridge for one hour or more.

  5. Enjoy.
