Who has any suggestions on putting more than a Few days in a row. I always get to 2 or 3 and then struggle.

I would suggest PrE Tracking. If you know what you’re having for breakfast and lunch the night before., it might be easier just to remember to track dinner the next night.

I look at tracking like I look at brushing my teeth. If I don't brush, I get cavities and my health suffers.

If I don't track, I gain weight and my health suffers. It's as simple as that. If you want to succeed in your weight loss, you have to track. Get into a routine of tracking just like brushing your teeth.

I pre track! I get my food prepared for the next day and track as I am preparing plus I don’t like to miss tracking because I love the WINS!!

Yup - I love those wins!!

I pretrack where I can then just fill in the blanks with any snacks I may have or slight changes. For me if I dont track..I dont lose the weight and or inches
